Returns Policy

• You have 14 days to return your item if you change your mind.
• Please email us info@cgdesigns.com.au to let us know that you are returning your item. 
• You are welcome to exchange or receive a full refund. 
• The items must be returned in the original Cinnamon Girl Designs packaging and show no signs of wear or use.
• Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees.
• We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.

Warranty and Repairs

A 3 month warranty from date of purchase applies on all items. We do not warrant against damage caused through incidental wear and tear, tarnishing or plating wear if the item suggests it is not suitable to be worn in water. Items that specify waterproof (rings and 14kt gold filled collections) will be replaced or refunded if they tarnish within the 3 month period. If the item breaks within 3 months, we will repair it free of charge or issue a replacement.

Our warranty does not cover you for items that are lost or stolen. In this instance a refund or replacement under warranty is not possible. Our warranty does not cover damage to pieces or stones (scratches/chips/cracks) if a piece has been dropped.
