Shipping policy

Cinnamon Girl Designs deliver to all locations within Australia via Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

For orders that select 'Standard Post: Authority to Leave' we take no responsibility if your order is lost or stolen on delivery. Customers take full responsibility for the delivery of these orders and we are not able to offer replacement or compensation for any loss or delivery issues for parcels once they are deemed as delivered. If you are concerned with the delivery of your order or do not have a safe area for your parcel to be left please choose express postage.

You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct when you receive your order confirmation. 

We take no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times. Once an order is shipped it is the customers responsibility to track the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery of the parcel Cinnamon Girl Designs will seek to rectify this with the courier company/Australia Post and place an investigation for you.

We do not take any responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please note that any claims for non-delivery must be made ASAP and no later than 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, outside of 30 days from the delivery date a claim is unable to be processed. Please note that claims can not be made for any orders that are selected as 'Authority to Leave' and not received.
